life's extras
Life’s Extras - the things we do not have to have, but which we enjoy all the more for that very reason.
Below is a collection of "extras" that I have created over the years.
"Creation supplies us with only two kinds of things: necessities and extras. Sunlight, air, water, food, shelter — all are bare necessities,
but moonlight and starlight are distinctly extras; so are music, perfumes, and flowers.
Most fascinating is the question: who put them here, and for what purpose?"
Look all around you every day and you will notice many of Life’s Extras ---
a blooming flower, a gentle breeze, a singing bird, a beautiful sunset.
You will never complete a list of the “Extras”.
